I transferred my mobility plan to another provider. Telus immediately closed my account. I want to pay my final bill. I have tried, Chat, Telephone and X to talk to someone but as my account number ...

    Hi jefftayls1 - any port out request closes the account as there is no asset to bill for anymore. Sorry that this was not mentioned at the point of sale.
