Generally speaking, the system is in a holding pattern until services are installed and working. Once that's done, your account details should starting flowing on the backend.

Thanks, I was eventually able to get through on the phone and they did clarify things for me. The email I got prior to installation was a little confusing (or I was just reading it completely wrong, lol). All installed and running now.
