18 days agoFor sure and thanks for bringing this to our attention. Do you happen to have any other devices you could test the app pdf download issue on? Like a tablet, or a different device?

17 days agoTELUS_Support - I have the same issue here. iPhone 15, iOS 26.5. Tried another iPhone running iOS 26.3.1 and had the same issue. It made me update the Telus app so I couldn't try the older one that was on that device first. I then went and checked on my Android tablet that has the newest version of the Telus app installed. Exactly the same message on all devices. Cannot download the bills from any of them.
