Cannot convert Telus rewards to WestJet Points
so I connected my WestJet account to my Telus rewards account a few weeks ago when I first got the email saying I could do this. However, ever since then, if I go to my Rewards Profile -> My Profile, and take my cursor over the Transfer To and Select Number of Points fields, all it shows is a red circle with a line through it, and it won't let me interact with either of these two fields. I have more than enough Telus reward points to be able to convert some, but it appears either this functionality is broken or is not actually live yet. Anyone else have this issue/have a resolution from Telus about it?

I am experiencing the exact same issue. My WestJet account is successfully connected to my TELUS Rewards account, but when I take my cursor over the Transfer To and Select Number of Points fields, all it shows is a red circle with a line through it. Please help, TELUS_Support! Thank you.

Hi there, Can you check if your WestJet account is successfully connected to your TELUS Rewards account?
- Log into your TELUS Rewards account.
- Navigate to Rewards Profile, then go to My Profile.
- View the status under WestJet linking status.
