Being Charged and have not gotten my sim card due to Canada Post strike.
I agreed to a family plan with telus back in November and have not received my sims due to the Canada Post strike. I am still being charged even though im unable to use the service. Is there any way I could pause my bills or be credited until im able to use the service i paid for?
