Who is wrong? So far you are.
Sounds like you bought something and expected monthly payments to pay for it. Collections asking for full amount was your first clue that you owe since you have not made any payments.
- No. Actually I was making my regular monthly payment all along without fail.
All of a sudden I get a letter in the mail from collections.
That is the way I found out I was in collection’s.
I paid every dollar amount I was charged each month, to get a collections letter stating I was there for non payment to Telus, when Telus themselves stated they didn’t have any outstanding balance for me.Global TV just ran the same issue and Anne Drewal? got it eliminated with an apology. Their bills went back to 2003. They also did not have an outstanding balance and paid regularly.
