I have filed a major dispute with Equifax over Telus as well. Telus has destroyed my otherwise A1 rated credit with their nonsense. Appalled at how they treat customers.
shaw was the same before I moved to Telus and I can't get it off equifax or transunion since 2018! Not looking forward to this latest fiasco with Telus I am having either.
