I just had this problem. I restarted my modem through the app and when it came back online it asked me for the Admin password.

4 months agoWhen your modem restarts and asks for the Admin password, you’ll find it on the sticker located on the side or bottom of your modem. If you’ve changed it before and don’t remember it, you may need to reset your modem to restore the default settings.
