So the above 3 photos are what I discovered when I got home yesterday. Look at the last photo and you can see that it looks like some seed was just tossed at the ground with heavy clumps and bare spots evident. The first two photos are not even on the TELUS utility side but they are on the side where they dug the first major hole which is still fenced. I am guessing that they want to ensure that the grass is completely dead in the area as that hole has been there for weeks now.

starchoice I cannot open them. I can open photos anywhere else but not on the neighbourhood. Before the email transfer to google everything worked fine some other things are a bit sketchy also.

The first photo here is a wider shot of the one above which is the long vertical strip where they left a hula hoop. The second photo shows the second biggest hole with a T cutout. The third photo is the same one as the second but shows it with the board on top. The fourth photo is the first and biggest hole made. There is now a "box" (flush with the ground-concrete cover) which has been there for weeks. This is the one next to the tree. To the left (facing the house) of this fence is the hula hoop and one of the circular seeded areas which is not on the Telus utility side for the house connection. This is the side where the Telus representative had told me no work would be done at all.
