Yard Damage from Fibre Installation

I was actually able to speak with and get a visit from a Telus site supervisor for the operation in my neighbourhood. Frankly, I think it is a lost cause. Every time I turn around, there are more holes in my lawn. The supervisor who came to my house and actually acknowledged that the rep getting signed authorization explained things to me about what was being done but either he does not have all the information our is just trying to appease me. Regarding the written authorization, I was provided with verbal confirmation as well as a site diagram (sketch) which showed only a small area (a small hole as he put it) that would be made on my property. Well, I have two huge holes (massive) on either side on my driveway, one which was drug right next to a tree to disturb the roots. Apparently, there is a "box" going there and it look like I won the Telus lottery as it is some type of junction box. Today, I come home to find three additional holes on my lawn (strips), again on both sides of the driveway. The two original holes are still there with boards. The new holes have already been backfilled with dirt and seed since they left a card at my door. It looks like somebody threw seeds on the spot because it is clumped in one area with other areas bare. So I have a total of five areas split on either side of my driveway that have been treasure hunted by Telus and I do not have a very large lawn area. The worst of it is the misinformation and lack of information. As usual, Telus sets up a Facebook page and has contact information but the reps manning this end have no idea what is going on.
