Wondering if there is a new scam going on?
I recently got a phone call - which I suspect was from a scammers in another country. They knew my name and asked how my Telus service was. Was I happy. There was a conversation and they kept sayi...
When ever I get calls like this or calls I am unsure about. I ask them to note my account with the offer and will give a call to Customer Care in my free time to further inquire about the details of it. If they are from Telus. They will be able to note the offer on your account for Customer Care to see.
