Wifi speed is MUCH faster than Ethernet
So I did some speed testing on my phone via wifi and pc via Ethernet. Download a few games on steam (pc) and highest speed was 1mb. It gets slower when I use chrome or discord. And I use telus speed...
It seems like your Ethernet connection might be the issue. Check the cable and network settings on your PC. If everything seems fine, contact TELUS support for further assistance.
