Wifi plus installed - now Tv has no volume
wifi plus was installed and now my sharp tv has no volume I have tried everything to troubleshoot but this is not fixable at my end. The picture and caption works
It has to be fixed by the technician but now I can’t get access, the system was not fully checked to make sure all devices were fully functioning and I can’t seem to access easily any settings to try and figure out. It’s very frustrating
suggestions help please

WiFi has nothing to do with your TV volume. You need to provide more detail in order to diagnose the issue.
If you have Optik TV, which remote are you using to adjust the volume, the Optik remote or the original TV remote?
If you don't have Optik TV then the volume issue unrelated to anything TELUS has done.
