Wifi hub login on a PC
I just had a new internet installation and wanted to login to the router from my laptop. The router has the admin password written on it but does not say what the username is. I have tried 'admin' but that does not work. Any ideas?
I do not have a smartphone to access the app.

The login is ‘admin’ as you surmise. Have you tried from an ethernet-connected computer?
