My wifi coverage at home is good ... until it becomes inconsistent and spotty. Tech support, with a video assist, checks my modem, router, and booster, then makes tweaks in their system, and I get a month or so of strong wifi. Then signal gets weak and coverage drops. Another 90 minutes of tech support can fix the issue again, for a while. Wifi+ promises to solve the problem - for $10/month plus a $200 service call. My question is whether I should even bother with improving my wife when I'm already paying for unlimited data on my phone. Wouldn't it be in Telus' interest to make my current fibre service solid instead of having me use up lots of data at their expense?
