Wifi boost 6 issues for over a month, no help
The tech came to install a new network access hub and wifi boost 6 over a month ago now and my connect app still says "oops we are experiencing technical difficulties" I cannot use any of the fun...

10 months agoHave you tried just logging into the Boost directly instead? If you access the network access hub at 192.168.1.254, you should be able to see the IP address for the Boost. Enter that IP in the address bar of a browser and log in using the password located under the bottom cap of the Boost. Should be able to access most settings there. Only thing you likely can't do when logged in directly is set schedules.
