Wi-Fi Issues
Hello,
I have turned to here because attempting to get proper help from Telus Support/Customer Service serves no purpose.
My family has been with Telus for years, somehow they are the best ones...

It sounds like the issues you are experiencing are related to wi-fi. There are many factors that can affect the performance over wi-fi.

If you continue to have issues you may need to add additional wi-fi access points to improve speed/coverage.

I totally agree with you!! I spent an hour plus on the phone with someone from Telus in September and they were going to update some things and order me some sort of new device which was to be delivered. Haven’t seen any change in our Wi-Fi and haven’t had any new devices delivered!! I really don’t have the time or the patience to call them again!! So frustrating having to deal with crappy wifi and a company that just doesn’t care about their long time customers!!
