Why is AI with phone "support" saying the offices are closed? It's after 9:30 am.
I'm switching to Telus and I'm starting to get nervous about their support. I am scheduled to have a technician come to install internet on Friday and I just want to ensure they have my building's buzz code. AI phone and chat bot can't help.

After over 90 minutes I was able to talk to what I think was a human on the website. So my question was resolved but I'm very nervous of switching to Telus because the customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired. I was actually warned by a friend who switched away from Telus that this would be the case. Ugh.
