Have you made changes to the original line up. I have read here that making changes has eliminated a credit.
No, I have not changed anything at all and I was not notified of the discount being removed or what the reason was. I was on the phone for 2 hours just to get them to get the $15 discount back. At first, I was told it was no longer available and then had to go back and forth for awhile. After that, I still had to deal with my internet discount being removed too but I was so tired already I just agreed to a lower one but it's only for 3 months, I wanted to get the original discount back but I really didn't have anymore energy so I am here to see what else I can do. I'm just really tired if being in hold over the phone đ
