Where did BBC Channel 375 Go!

FINALLY! Why channel 375 disappeared was almost as mysterious as why I had channel 375 in the first place. I spent 40 minutes on the line with Telus tech support. With Juan's help the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.
Telus, you need more tech support people like Juan!

I had it before I renewed in August and kept it after I renewed. (By my count that's 6 months!)
Yes 375 is there BUT but Telus has removed my access to it. Interestingly when I normally go to an unsubscribed channel it automatically defaults to ALL Channels (something I hate). Not with 375.
