As for the address itself, we've heard back from our Fibre Build team and they confirmed that fibre is unfortunately not yet available at that specific address. We are working on expanding our network in the area however so we do advise to keep checking in. Once service is available in a new neighbourhood, our team does always canvass everyone to let them know!
