Watching NHL on PrimeTV app through Telus won't allow pause or rewind

TELUS Team MemberWhat make and model of set-top box are you using? This information would be on the bottom of your box. As this is an Amazon app, they would likely need to fix on their end.
Pause, rewind and fast-forward for hockey games on Prime is working on the TELUSTV-21T model.
