Community ManagerGenerally speaking, if your Neighbourhood isn't currently scoped for fibre (or fibre ready), we cannot do ad hoc fibre drops where there isn't fibre infrastructure. Has your home been visited by TELUS (or have you received mailers) to inform you of conversion to our PureFibre network?
