Utility Box needs Wrapping

I am still waiting for a solution. This is getting frustrating.

We don't take direct requests from the public here and work exclusively with municipalities, but we can try to track down a contact and will report back if we do.
The huge Telus utility box at the southwest corner of 204 st and 96 ave in Langley township is covered with graffiti. It's derogatory, looks horrible, and devalues our neighbourhood. Please put a wrap on it.
I contacted the Township of Langley and was told they won't do the wrap because the utility box belongs to Telus.

There are no information there regarding wraps for utility boxes.

You could try reaching out to the City of Vancouver directly via the methods on their Contact page at the top.
