Upgraded to Optik TV Android Box - Profiles

TELUS_Support Is there the ability to share the solution on how to resolve as I have the exact same issue and resets do not seem to resolve. On set up I could create profiles, yet after setting up there is only the gear icon and unable to access or switch. In calling support they also indicated profiles do not exist on Optik which contradicts the information on the site and the banner on the home page?
