On the Optik TV sub forum I discovered in January that the 110v power supply was the problem. Many others solved the intermittent TV by replacing the power cord. I am not having your issue with internet (or at least have not noticed) so this is only a "why not try" replacing power supply as a test since you have exhausted other options. Voltage drop or amp supply to run hardware was the problem. No problems since cord change.
