OK, so, UPDATE... I'm even more confused now than before.
I tried switching my connection to directly to the Internet Box, bypassing the Wi-Fi.
PC directly to NAH.
Here's the crazy thing, I assumed that there would be zero connection issues, however, I was wrong.
Still intermittent internet disconnections???
I have absolutely no idea what to do about this now...

5 months agoEven though you're using a CAT5e, we recommend testing with a CAT6 or CAT6a cable to ensure maximum bandwidth and signal stability, especially with 2.5G ports. Double-check that your PC’s Ethernet drivers are up to date. In rare cases, even with a proper cable, a specific LAN port on the modem or the network interface card (NIC) on your PC may be the culprit. If you haven’t already, we’d suggest doing a port swap (try another Ethernet port) and, if possible, testing the PC with a different modem/router just to further isolate the issue.
