Unable to see WiFi Boost 6 in Telus Connect app
I tried reinstalling the app, rebooting both the modem & router, and connecting the two directly two each other, but no luck. I contacted Telus support and spoke with a CSR, but never heard back.
Anyone else encounter this issue? Any fixes?

I can log into the Modem and Router via IP, but I would like to manage my network using the Telus 'Connect' app.
I followed the instructions on this megathread (https://forum.telus.com/discussions/my_home_services_and_devices/megathread-telus-connect/171942), but still could not locate the Wifi Boost 6 on the 'Connect' app.
I factory reset the NAH and reinstalled the Connect app, which resulted in nothing. I then factory reset the Wifi Boost 6 and reinstalled the Connect app again, but still nothing.
I only see the following message in the Connect app: 'Wi-Fi Configuration - If you have installed your Boost Wi-Fi 6, it may take up to 24 hours for it to appear / Still don't see it? Troubleshoot' which does nothing.I tried to add it using the "+" symbol, then selecting the 'Boost Wi-Fi 6' and following those steps, but that also doesn't work.
Why is this issue still persisting? Is there no way to manually add it to the app? Does the app not work on Android?- bormOrganizer
I was able to add a mini booster without issue. It's just my Boost Wi-Fi 6 that won't show up. I also tried the Connect app on iOS, but still nothing.

To add, I'm also using the Telus Network Access Hub.
Wifi works w/o issue. However, I would like to manage the WiFi w/o having to log in via IP.

I am also having the exact issue where the wifi 6 lite booster doesn't show in the Telus Connect app. I also tried to use the IP address and password but it kept saying the password is not correct. I am hoping to set up the booster as bridge mode but unsuccessful...

You may have to double-check the IP you're attempting to log into. Try using the Modem admin pw instead of the Router admin pw.
As for the app issue, try following the instructions step by step on this Megathread. If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to DM Telus for further assistance/troubleshooting.
