Yea Mytelus for TV seems to not work at all for me either and no one at Telus knows what's wrong and when it will get fixed.

Have not figured it out. This is certainly a backend problem, not on our end, it is impossible that mobile or web are not allowing to manage your channels/theme packs. As others mentioned, I have given up on this, I do not have the time or the patience to be minimum an hour over the phone with a guy that is sitting in Costa Rica and has no idea about what is happening, we need backend support, not regular support, but how do you get to backend support? Well that's still a mystery đ
