Unable to manage channels through MyTelus (web or app)

I contacted Telus and the told me to download Google Chrome and try that. I did that and everything was perfect after that.

Hi buttercup, tried this already, as a software engineer I have more than one browser LOL 😄

Tried on Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera. None of them worked. The mobile app doesn't work either, it is a bit annoying to say the least.
