unable to change any optik tv packages in my account or my telus app
i've never really bothered with it until recently i feel like changing from netflix to disney+ premium or at least look at what other options are available.. but whenever i go to my account or on the my telus app and click on optik tv.. i get Looks like something went wrong. if i recall.. this thing have never ever worked in years.. i just never bothered changing anything.. so is there a fix or i have to go thru customer service again and wait for them to put me on hold for 3-5 mins after every questions? like seriously.. those call center agent likes to milk the call and pretend to be doing something.. lemme put you on hold for 3-5 mins while i look up ur account.. like every step they put me on a 3-5 min hold.. and it's not just 1 off lol.. it's literally every single call whether it's customer service or tech support.. i used to work at one of the rogers call center.. we do the same thing.. but never 3-5 mins to milk calls lol.. maybe 30-60sec max..

I had the same issue (Feb 2026 - Vancouver Island location) and could only solve the issue with help from Customer Support. This is an obvious website issue that Telus MUST know about by now!

I have had the same issue to the point where I just gave up. I can understand issues here and there but issues like this seem to be ongoing with no fix. I find it amazing that we are actually dealing with a telecommunications company which you figure would have the best and technologically up-to-date system.
