Unable to cancel internet service, keep receiving payment notice
Hi,
I cancelled my internet service last Nov,2024 via phone. However I keep receiving billings till now, also my internet usage is 0%, I no longer lived there and no need internet access. How can i resolve this issue, its charging me everything. Thank you.

may I know why I was told will be credit to $0, but now still there is $94, which contradicts to what I was told.
