Unable to Call Local Number from Home Phone but OK Using Rogers Network Cel

When calling from our Courtenay area home landline phone 250-337-nnnn I am unable to call Courtenay business number 250-410-3057 as I get a "cannot be completed as dialed" message but I can call that same 410 number OK from my Rogers cell phone.

I first noticed this problem last week and it is the same today. The message states the number cannot be called from this area even though it is in the same local calling area.
