TV NEVER DELIVERED, NO HELP WHATSOEVER, ITS BEEN 9 MONTHS
Signed up with Telus in June 2025, signed up for the Optik tv and internet promotion with the free 55" tv. TV has never been delivered, i've called multiple times and never gotten anywhere. Ive had numerous tickets escalated and nothing ever became of them. I am going to call and cancel my membership as this is ridiculous. they've ran 2 tv promotions since i signed up and ive never gotten anything.
