I don't believe this is possible. AFAIK the account that is used for billing is the only option available.

Community Power UserI'm actually looking on how to create user login for the mobile phone or computer to watch the channels. I would prefer not to use my login access for devices that are not mine.
Is there a way to create multiple user login accounts?
