TSN 4k

Today (Feb 4) it is supposed to be showing the Toronto Raptors game but it is showing the Winnipeg Jets game which is supposed to be blacked out where I'm from...

Edit: the hockey game is indeed blacked out (as it should be) but the channel isn't showing the Raptors game as it says it should be on the guide.
