Trying to get a Telus TV Digital Box

Trying to get a Telus TV Digital Box, I keep getting the message that requests are paused, what is the issue and when will requests resume?

  • There has been a high failure rate, with too many exchanges, new tuner packages sent out. It was thought the new tuner was the problem. It then became apparent it was the power supply cable. Since these are packaged together there may be a process in place to repackage with a different power supply.

    At my own expense have purchased a backup power cable at the ready after discovering this issue. I did this after fining a new cable made the assumed failed tuner work again.
