Trying to cancel, Telus makes it near IMPOSSIBLE, why?

No error. Just won't go (click reply nothing happens) - tried with opera, brave, firefox, chrome, and librewolf browsers, same on all.
Can reply to forum posts fine (same reply button lower right) but with messages(Send or reply) does nothing. I wonder if my account blocked from sending messages?
Was trying to respond with account info that was asked.
(Just tested again same result, reply button flashes as if clicked but does not send message)
