Trouble getting into manage selections.
Trouble getting into manage selections.
Switched to Telus yesterday, was told I have to go manage selections to get Netflix, Disney, prime activated. Its supposed to be included in the plan. Since yesterday at 4pm I can't get into the manage selections, it's a blank page that just keeps thinking.
If this is how things are going already, it's not a good sign that I can't even get into things

Hi there, thanks for letting us know. If you’re seeing a blank page when trying to access Manage Selections, we recommend clearing your browser cache/cookies or trying again in a private/incognito window. You can also try using a different browser or device to see if that helps.
