Trouble accessing crave account

Hi, I have the same issue here. Crave has worked fine for a year, now my subscription is not recognised on the Crave application (on iPad, Web and TV). Only the optik box work.
I tried deleting and recreating the account (linking the Telus account again) and only RDS, CTV and ZTele are shown as linked, Crave is not listed.
Somebody found how to make it work or Can somebody from Telus help? waiting on phone for hours is not fun to get support...
