So my account is all glitched now. When I sign in, I had to create a new profile docchizz1, in my home email I get notifications that a new pvt msg from support to "docchizz" is there. I can read it, but I can't reply to it because it takes me to dochizz1 profile when I sign in. ARe you getting these messages?

Hello,
Somehow when you reset my account, it blocked me from coming back as my old name, you will have to reply to me here now. But I will answer the latest messages you sent me.
Everything on my tv works just fine. I can watch crave content just fine.
To repeat:
- I am already logged in to my phone on telustv+ so I can watch that fine.
- I cannot watch crave or Telus tv+ on any other device in my home or at work.
- I cannot access crave on my phone, on my laptop at home, or at work computer
- I cannot access telustv+ on my laptop at home or my work computer.
- The telus tv box and telus tv+ do NOt use the same credentials for me. I have an older PVR box so I am NOT using a web based one to log in. I do not log in at all. so the 2 are not connected.
- Yes I can watch crave on my pvr box just fine.
