Hello,
Yes we tried chrome and edge on my laptop. Chrome on my cell phone as well. All gave me the same error. I have been able to login in the past on all the devices. This is a new issue

Nope. We tried that too. Its not a browser, cookie, issue. Because I've tried it across different platforms and diff devices

Have you tried disabling wifi on your phone and using data only?

Just tried that. And no that doesnt work either. I tried using the computer at work and same error message. The crave.ca/debug shows if your account is connected and mine is not. So its telus not communicating to crave that my account is active
