Community Power UserI just tried logging into crave.ca with Edge on my Windows 11 computer using my Telus as my provider. It worked successfully for me though there was black screen for a while that eventually gave me the Crave main page. I then tried the Crave IOS app and was able to login successfully using Telus as the TV provider.
Have you tried using a different web browser or the app on your phone?

Yes we tried chrome and edge on my laptop. Chrome on my cell phone as well. All gave me the same error. I have been able to login in the past on all the devices. This is a new issue

Maybe try incognito mode?
Nope. We tried that too. Its not a browser, cookie, issue. Because I've tried it across different platforms and diff devices
