transfer Inernet service/TV temporarily

Our family is going to move out from the home to another place for renovation around 3 months. We hope to transfer the current Telus Internet/TV to the new place for 3 months and tranfer back after the renovation. How I can do?

I’m going to suggest you get a vacation disconnect at your current home, and buy a temporary, full price service at your short-term place. “Transferring” usually ends up being a cancellation and reconnect, which you would need to do twice, and you may lose benefits you currently have, or need to pay a cancellation fee. Ensure anyone you speak with understands your needs, so you aren’t surprised.

Thanks for your reply. I just worrying that I may lose my current discount when come back after 3 months.  Is it OK

3 months vacancy can be a new customer or have to wait for 6 months?
