Too slow and unreliable
Who else is going to switch to Shaw because the Telus service is too unreliable for work from home?

I am looking at Shaw because my Telus Mobility is totally unreliable in west Edmonton. Telus doesn't care.

What issues are you seeing?
Internet consumption is way up just now. Even Netflix has announces they are reducing streaming quality to reduce pressure on the internet.
