This program can only be viewed while on your telus home internet
Anyone else STILL having this issue with the Latest update to Pik TV which is now Telus TV. It only effects the Telus Box!

- When connected to the telus equipment through it's wifi we STILL can't watch certain channels.

What channels are you experiencing this on?
Is your TELUS TV Digital Box connected directly to your network gateway with no switches or 3rd party gear in between? If yes - this affects in-home detection. If no, there may be an account setting that needs a troubleshooting agent to reset.
- Can't connect using the telus supplied gateway. It's installed at the other end of the house in the basement. In order to get decent wifi everywhere we have used a mesh setup for years (which means the telus gateway's wifi must be turned off) This was never an issue before with pik tv. We can't watch chek, omni and parliament channel using the Telus box but we can with Shield TV box in another room.
