The new Android box
Why is volume so low know way to fix ? The picture quality is horrible and the settings menu is joke !!

unpair the remote and then the volune will control the main input. set and then pair remote. Or download the app to your phone and it controls the android box volume.
What is wrong with the picture. Everytime I hear this I look at my TV and wonder how it can get better. Where can I go to find a better picture?

The master volume on the box may be set too low...you can unpair the remote from your TV, increase the volume, and then re-pair the remote to your TV. Instructions on unpairing/pairing here: https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/telus-tv-digital-box-remote
The box uses adaptive bitrate streaming, so if you're not connected via ethernet or if your Wi-Fi signal strength is less than optimal/network is congested, this will affect resolution.
Is there a particular setting in the menu that you're looking for?
