Terrible Internet

I signed up for Telus 10 days ago - I was told no holes needed to be drilled through my wall the technician came and said they had to and then installed in no where near a plug in my kitchen so I had to use an extension cord - the internet never worked - I have been on the phone with Telus 2-3 hrs every day for 10 days - and now disconnecting my services- I was just on the phone again for 3 hrs and the guy said they had to will remove from my wall because I am installing cabinets there - and then the phone call got disconnected and he never called back - this has been a nightmare experience- intial contract was lost and then I had to sign another the phone line I add was promised at 35$ and then I was billed 90 $ I sign up for streaming services at 23$ a month and billed 38 - everything was a lie I am going to CCts if someone does come and remove this disaster installed devices
