Terrible Customer Service
Paying customer for 25-26 years. I am tired of being lied to and these agents on the phone not volunteering information and providing all the information required before hand. I'm tired of wasting hours and hours of my time, month after month, and not getting anywhere with anyone I speak to over the phone. This shouldn't be this difficult to fix and correct. I'm tired of this terrible service.
I need to schedule a call with a manager with the Customer Resolution Management Team at Home Services Loyalty department.

Good luck trying to speak with a human at Telus, or anyone that has any authority. They have to follow Telus "policy". Awful service and process for such a large and wealthy organization.
