Official Support TeamHi newio - I would assume that the issue you are encountering is an issue with Chrome itself. You might be using too old of an operating system and an outdated version of Chrome that may not be compatible with the video player
Edit: I have discovered the issue was the Widevine CDM version (a built-in browser plugin). It handles the DRM of the video stream. Apparently 4.10.2710 expired at the end of October, and a new one was needed: 4.10.2830. Would have been nice if the web site informed the user of that instead of just a black screen.
